I like the course and the content for Managing Self. Above all I liked the wisdom of both the facilitators Nag & Guru. Lot to learn from both of them.

I would strongly recommend this to any professional. It helped me introspect a lot and gave me a set of tools and frameworks on how to manage myself. Some of them were eye opening, while others reinforced what I suspected – and helped me focus more sharply.

I loved the program as it is worth the investment listening to both Guru and Nag. For me there were multiple take-aways the most important being (a) I could put focus on goal execution and (b) The OCEAN report with my 360 helped me look at specific actions. Many times we have our blind spots or we go with the flow i.e somebody else decides our time and calendar this was a great opportunity to reflect and plan and focus. Nag and Guru’s straight faced humor was added bonus 🙂

Program was very well crafted, specially Relationship session, circle of competence, storytelling and definetly outcomes. I personally loved my journey from day-1 of defining an outcome to Day-8 where I was able to prepare a mindmap with the mindmap.

The coaching came from lived experience, three decades of heading around 2500 consultants at Oracle, handling probably some of the highest complexity of challenges from a customer as well as employee perspective. From someone who has been there and “successfully” done that. Thank you Nag.

Training content on” Influencing skills to influence outcomes”, presentation, faculty etc. were excellent. Training was conducted to run a organization level exercise to make it more interactive. I really like the idea and approach taken by the trainers. Therefore, I appreciated the overall session with this rating.
