I would strongly recommend this to any professional. It helped me introspect a lot and gave me a set of tools and frameworks on how to manage myself. Some of them were eye opening, while others reinforced what I suspected – and helped me focus more sharply.

I loved the program as it is worth the investment listening to both Guru and Nag. For me there were multiple take-aways the most important being (a) I could put focus on goal execution and (b) The OCEAN report with my 360 helped me look at specific actions. Many times we have our blind spots or we go with the flow i.e somebody else decides our time and calendar this was a great opportunity to reflect and plan and focus.
